The FREE Introduction Class is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm, and is designed to get you ready to enter the F.I.G.H.T. program.
You will go through all the "principles and combatives" of the F.I.G.H.T. program. It will answer any questions you have, about why we do what we do, and how to do them. Specifically, you will cover all the "front hand, back hand strikes, kicks, knees, elbows, (POR) Point of References, pad drills and engagement drills. We will explain the objectives and how to execute each one.
This class is detailed in it's instruction and helps to lower any anxiety and apprehension you may experience do to the nature of this type of training.
By the end of this class you will have a very good understanding of how the class is structured, how you will develop the fundamentals, and how, through muscle memory drills, you will become very good, very fast.
You are encouraged to stay for the 7:00 - 8:00pm F.I.G.H.T. class as well as the 8:15 - 9:00pm Combat Fitness class. All is FREE at no obligation.
